4. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

Condition Requirements

All products must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unused, and with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used cycling accessories

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging

Refunds

• Please allow 3-10 additional business days for your financial institution to process the refund

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). For exchanges, we cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
