- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Condition of Items
All products must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unused, and with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:
- Any clothing items that have been worn or washed.
- Any bicycle parts that have been installed or used.
- Used cycling accessories.
- Personalized or custom-ordered products.
- Products without their original packaging and tags.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the provided template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your authorization email. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (processing times vary by financial institution).
Defective or Damaged Items
